Overseeing documentation is a broker duty and always available to Balboa agents at no cost.
Sometimes agents want to hire office staff to draft a document if they are unavailable such as traveling, for example. We are able to accommodate these auxiliary services for the fees listed below. Payment is collected prior to the service being rendered
